The event involved approximately forty-three (43) Collective personnel from seven (7) registered species and one (1) individual belonging to an unregistered species of unknown origin.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2>Details\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>The event appears to have begun as a routine shift-change briefing in Conference Bay 7-C. Three are observed engaging in what the Human describes as \"karaoke.\" No formal permit has been filed for sonic recreational activity.\u003C/p>\n\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Hour 2:\u003C/strong> Twenty-nine attendees have consumed the liquid. Conference Bay 7-C has been rearranged without submitting a Furniture Redistribution Form (FRF-22). Two Gorthian delegates are observed attempting bipedal locomotion \"for fun.\"\u003C/p>\n\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Hour 3:\u003C/strong> All forty-three personnel have consumed the liquid. The shift-change briefing has not resumed.
